My AutoSupport link is once again having issues and from what it appears, NetApp has redesigned the launch page. I have already opened a case regarding this but is anyone else experiencing this same issue?
I was getting "page not found" errors about 1 hour ago. Currently, it is just sitting at a "loading..." status as it appears to be timing out.
We are experincing issues with My AutoSupport and are looking at it as a matter of priority.
I have experienced Server timeouts, page not found errors, and even cutomer name not found errors.
I experience the same problems with my Autosupport.
Have you received any usefull updates since submitting this case?
Everyone - According to NetApp Support, the page is up and running. I received a final reply back that the tool was up at 7:01PM CST (only approximately 9 hrs past when I originally opened a ticket)
