AutoSupport message types that generate a case in the NetApp CRM system

Hi everyone,

 

I've been trying to understand which AutoSupport error types result in a case being opened in the NetApp CRM system. The only material I was able to find online was this, but it does not give me an idea of the current list.

Unfortunately, a customer-viewable list is not available at this time.

I suggest following up with your NetApp representative.
