After reviewing the logs I noticed the following error in the section connecting to the DB:

Is this an issue?  It appears to connect to the DB correctly...

SnapCreator error after connecting to Oracle DB?

The SC oracle plugin does export of ORACLE_HOME and ORACLE_SID and the export command does not appear to be in the path, never seen that before but add export command to path so when you do "export ORACLE_HOME=/oracle/SBW" it works.

SnapCreator error after connecting to Oracle DB?

They are using CSH. vs KSH/SH/BASH.   That explains why 'export' does not work.   Not sure why they are using CSH, they currently source all of their environment variables for Oracle via the .cshrc, etc... Have not seen this for about 15 years.   I have a feeling since the entire environment is set up this way for Oracle they are going to be reluctant to change.

Everything appears to have ran from what I can see in the logs.   How important is it that these vars are exported?  Since the DB operations are successful....

Thanks,

Jerry

SnapCreator error after connecting to Oracle DB?

As long as everything else is working and we can connect / perform sqlplus operations they can be safely ignored, it isnt hurting anything if ORACLE_SID and ORACLE_HOME are set.
