I am getting the following error. What name should  I use after the option of "-filer"? I tried cluster name, vserver name, and node name, all result the same error. What is the right sytax?

Please help!

# snapdrive  storage  list -filer cluster_name
0002-691 Command error: Invalid switch for NFS only filespecs

For snapdrive from a host it would be the vserver mgt interface.

Did you configure snapdrive with correct credentials for the vserver ?

Yeah, I tried using vserver-admin, but got the same error:

# snapdrive  storage  list -filer vservername-admin
0002-691 Command error: Invalid switch for NFS only filespecs

# snapdrive config list
username    appliance name    appliance type
-----------------------------------------------
vsadmin     vservername-admin StorageSystem
vsadmin     vservername         StorageSystem

How  do I configure snapdrive with correct credentials for the  vserver? I don't see steps in "Installation Guide for Linux". Can you PLEASE let me know detail steps?

The command to set credentials is:

snapdrive config set username vservername

You'll be prompted to enter the credentials.

I have already done with setting credentials by run "snapdrive config set username vservername".

Based on the error messages, it seems not credentials related.

Any other ideas?
