I want to know if it is possible to increase or decrease a snapmirror retention data backup periode ? With snapvault I know how to configure retention image backuped but didn't in snapmiror.
Thanks a lot your help.

It's not exactly the same as the snapvault snap sched, but you can configure the weekly, nightly, and hourly volume snapshot schedule (and number of snapshots to retain) using the snap sched command (cli) or equivalent GUI options. The snapshots are contained within the volume and will be replicated to the snapmirror destination. A snapmirror destination volume is a copy of the source volume, therefore, whatever snapshots are contained in the source volume will also be in the destination volume. So... your question doesn't really make sense. Retain the snapshots to your desired retention period and number of snapshots by adjusting the schedule, and the snapmirror destination volume will contain those snapshots. You can adjust the frequency of the sync'ing of the snapmirror relationships by editing the /etc/snapmirror.conf file (or using management software).

Thanks for your answer.
Can you tell me how I can configure or have an information a number of snapshot to retain?
Now can I read the file : /etc/snapmirror.conf on the filer, I have this information:
120-122:h0 phfrru-sd122:mir_h0 - 02,22,42 7-21 * *
When I run the command : snap list , I see there are 2 snapshots retain for the snapmirror (h0 to mir_h0; snapshot retain at 13:02 and at 13:22).
%/used %/total date name
---------- ---------- ------------ --------
0% ( 0%) 0% ( 0%) Aug 06 13:22 phfrru-sd122(0151728913)_mir_h0.43717
0% ( 0%) 0% ( 0%) Aug 06 13:02 phfrru-sd122(0151728913)_mir_h0.43716
0% ( 0%) 0% ( 0%) Aug 05 21:42 phfrru-sd122(0151728913)_mir_h0.43697 (snapvault)
