How to organize the network interface

Hi,

Please advise how to group the network interface from the screen below

demo network.jpg

To something like the below

Cluster

The interface of FAS2552-01 and FAS2552-02

Cluster1

The interface of FAS2552-01_mgmt and FAS2552-02_mgmt and Cluster_mgmt

Many thanks.

Tony

Re: How to organize the network interface

Not sure what you are trying to accomplish, but this may be a good time to dig in on the documentation.

The express guides are a good place to start:

http://mysupport.netapp.com/documentation/docweb/index.html?productID=61885&language=en-US

And for more detail you can go to the full documentation map:

http://mysupport.netapp.com/documentation/docweb/index.html?productID=61998&language=en-US

In particular, have a look at the network management guide:

Re: How to organize the network interface

Hi,

is there anyway to move the LiF between vserver? like grouping

Re: How to organize the network interface

LIFs exist within a vserver and can't be moved between vservers.  You could delete one and create one with the same name in another vserver, but it sounds like you may just be trying to make the CLI output look a certain way.
