the storage was in private network and is why that does not receive  autosupport netappsupport via website

is there a way to open TCP port and destination port so that the ASUP is send to netapp autosupport webpage?

You can use either smtp or http to send the autosupport to netapp. You would need to work with your internal network team to open the appropriate port to allow the autosupport to be sent to NetApp.
