Multiple iscsi messages

I have a iscsi lun mapped to a Microsoft 3 nodes cluster and this lun will act as a quorum.

While adding nodes to MS Cluster , system returns message " unable to find quorum device" . There are multiple disconnect / reconnect occuring from node.

I am receiving the below messages continuously.

Mon Jan 16 20:28:45 MYT [ABDCFILER : iscsi.notice:notice]: ISCSI: New session from initiator iqn.2006-01.nic.niceacluster:q.niceacluster.nic at IP addr  10.1.1.1

Mon Jan 16 20:28:45 MYT [ABDCFILER : iscsi.notice:notice]: ISCSI: New session from initiator iqn.2006-01.nic.niceacluster:ca1.niceacluster.nic at IP addr  10.1.1.1

One node has unique iscsi id . 2 nodes had same iscsi id . We changed it to make them unique . Even after changing , both nodes still retained their old name + trying to use the new name to.

That is the reason , you will see above messages showing same ip address.

(1) Any specific reason why the iscsi session is flapping continously

(2) How to make the old iscsi id  to disappear.
