OSSV cannot connect to source filer

Hi gents,

I got OSSV set from a windows server, and scheduled snapvault were OK.

a system admin try a snapvault restore from another server and now snapvault are KO from original source server.

No idea to resync OSSV with the target filer?

For information on windows server when I run snapvault status, I can't see anything except snapvault is ON.
