Hi,
We are receiving the same error email about 4 times per night when performing our verification of database snapshots. The actual job on SQL Server completes successfully as well as in Snap Manager, but it appears as though it takes 4 tries before the job for one database (always the same one) can properly detach the clone copy. The error is logged in the Windows as only a warning, but we still get the failure emails:
WARNING: Unable to detach temporary clone database [XXXXXXXXX__Clone] after backup verification on server [XXXXXXXXX]. Please close all connections to this database NOW, or backup verification would fail.
Is there a way to either a) clear out users during this process or b) tweak the email notification settings to not report what is ultimately a successful job? I'm not sure why it's only happening on this one db every night. It's about 1GB in size (not our largest). We are using SQL Snap Manager Version: 6.0.1.1431
