"source filer:source volume" contains 32-bit data. Data transfer from a volume containing 32-bit data is not supported.

Check the 32->64 bit conversion status (from advanced priv): 

aggr 64bit-upgrade status <aggregate>

Sounds like you might have a 32bit snapshot hanging on.
