I'm trying to create a datastore within ESX, but am unable to mount the junction path.  Any ideas?  Here's my setup

You ever get this resolved? I get the same thing.

Can you post the output of "export-policy rule show"? Did you open up the access for the "default" export-policy to every host (aka 0.0.0.0/0)?

Thanks,

Dan

I wish I had come across this article earlier, but your solution was the same one I eventually arrived at after hours messing around with the config.

Once any appropriate subnets or hosts are allowed on the default export policy, the permissions can be locked down with additional policies associated with the namespaces. But if the subnet or host is not listed in both the default export policy and the new export policy, you will encounter permissions issues.

Hi,

Have you applied the export-policy to the root volume of the vserver as well? This should work?
