I've been trying to get our e-series controllers (E2760's, running SANtricity 8.25.06.00) to send an autosupport email to our own address on a regular basis.
The idea would be to have this done in a similar way as it is done in ONTAP to the support partner email address.
There is a configuration in SANtricity Enterprise Management to schedule autosupport every 2, 4, 8, 12 or 24 hours (Setup, Configure Alerts, Email tab).
However, it has been confirmed by the Partner Helpdesk that this feature does not work .
I've gone through the NetApp Powershell Toolkit, but it doesn't seem to allow me to invoke an autosupport for e-series, only ONTAP (update options in 7mode).
Has anyone found a way to invoke an autosupport email (not only to NetApp!!) on an e-series controller?
