NetApp OnCommand Plug-in for Microsoft 4.1 Latency Monitors are stay in error state

Using SCOM 2012 R2 and OnCommand Plugin 4.1. Detected an issue with a latency monitors, for ex. for Volume. Once a week on weekends the backups are running and the latency monitor state schanges to red. 

However after the backup ends, we see that the latency issues goes away and all back to normal, however the status of the Latency monitor, never changes to green. Until the health is reset manually.

 

Is it a normal behavior or somethin is wrong?

How can we avoid of this to take in place if it is normal?
