Thanks Alex for your prompt replay .. unforchunatly i am not able to find the way to find submit the support case. yesterday i call netapp help dek and they said they will route this issue to Netapp unovercity ... and i send a email to firstname.lastname@example.org also. i hope they will resolve this issue !!!
