Domain Controller shutdown

We have filer cluster in building A and its poiting to Domain Controllers kept in building B. We dont have any Domain Controllers in building A .

We have power shutdown in building B so all doamin controller will shutdown. So filers in building A will loose the domain controller will that  lead to filer panic or node failover ?

We are assuming the filer in building A will be of no use logically till the power in building B resumes and DC's are up.

But only question is the filer cluster in building A remain up without failover to each other even though they lost all DC's.

no that won't lead to panic or failover.
