Day-0 Workflow Example - Initializing SSH, SSL, Setting SecureAdmin Options for SSH and/or SSL

This workflow offers examples of using the Command for managing SSH and SSL on a controller.  It first sets up SSH with specific key sizes.  It then initializes SSL with a new self-signed server certificate.  It makes sure SSL is enabled.  And finally, it makes sure SSH version 2 is enabled.
