I can't find the installation procedure of NetApp Management Console of Linux 64bit edition.
Does "nmconsole-setup-3-3-linux.rpm" support on RHEL 6.x 64 bit?
The attachment is the error message when after applying the RPM and trying to start application on the RHEL 64 bit system.
First of all, is this supported?

NetApp Management Console is not supported for RHEL 6.x 64 bit.
There is no NMC like interface for 6.x RHEL version.
OCUM6.X has single dashboard UI only.

Here is how to make it work on a 64bit CentOS. RedHat should be analogous.
1. Make the jre binaries, which come with the nmconsole install, executable:
chmod a+x /usr/lib/netapp/management_console/3.3.1P2/jre-1.6.0/bin/*
Change the nmconsole version to reflect yours.
2. Install 32bit dependencies:
yum install glibc.i686 libXext.i686 libXtst.i686
If it still refuses to start, take a look at the error and install whatever is missing.

According to the IMT, these are the versions of RHEL that System Manager 3.1.2 supports:
RHEL Server 6.2 KVM 64-bit RHEL Server 6.2 KVM 32-bit RHEL Server 6.2 64-bit RHEL Server 6.2 32-bit RHEL Server 6.1 KVM 64-bit RHEL Server 6.1 KVM 32-bit RHEL Server 6.1 64-bit RHEL Server 6.1 32-bit RHEL Server 6 KVM 64-bit RHEL Server 6 KVM 32-bit RHEL Server 6 64-bit RHEL Server 6 32-bit RHEL Server 5.8 KVM 64-bit RHEL Server 5.8 KVM 32-bit RHEL Server 5.8 64-bit RHEL Server 5.8 32-bit

Andrew, this topic is not about OnCommand System Manager. It is about the NetApp Management Console. I was trying to install it on CentOS and ran into the same issue as reported in the original post. It installs fine but then it will not run. I shared my workaround here in case somebody else needs it.
