In the last few weeks, for some reason I've experienced snapshots on some of our SnapInfo volumes getting stuck in a "Deleting" state. Essentially, when SMSQL is trying to delete the oldest snapshot, it will get stuck. A few days later I'll get alerts indicating there are too many snapshots. I find the "deleting" snapshot and remove it and all older ones to clear the issue.
I would like to have an email alert sent if a Snapshot is stuck in the 'deleting' state. Does anyone know if that's possible in OCUM 6.2 for Cdot? Or through some other means?
