Implement OpenVMS Reference Monitor Concept within Data ONTAP 8.1

I wish to study how to implement the OpenVMS (remember?) Ref Mon Concept in a NetApp Data ONTAP 8.1 environment.

Users are Windoz and Linux Users.

Is the Role-Based Access Control for Data ONTAP 7G 2009.pdf document a good document to start with?

The reason why there is still no answer to this post is that RBAC is targeting at Data ONTAP Administrators, not users.

I understood this after reading thousand of pages of doc...

RBAC for users should be implemented via the ACL features.
