License expired at 31/12/2012 11:59 PM

Hi Team,

My customer is seeing the following error while accessing the WFA Portal

SOAP Fault: (faultcode: env:Server, faultstring: License expired at
31/12/2012 11:59 PM)

Is this a WFA License expiry or another Portal/Web issue?

How do I check that this has nothing to do with WFA (pre-Release 2.0)?

Hi,

Sounds like the license has expired. Is it a a version older than 2.0?

Yes, the version is older than 2.0

I have emailed you directly, requesting a new permanent license key.

This is for my customer (large US Telco).

Please expedite. Thank you.
