Havign this problem and have combed through all the other threads on here about the same type of issue. I am aware that the config file exist in the user folder\netapp. The location of the exe is correct ad has been changed according to my testing.

The problem appears to be the java call to start the applet does not have permission to launch the browser as from the boot log.

"Error while invoking the browser process : java. io. IOException: Cannot run program "C:\Program Files(x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" : CreateProcess error=5, Access is denied"

This was working a month or so ago, we have not changed anything aside from standard security patches and updates which would include Java. The current version of java that is installed is 1.8.0_111 Java SE Runtime environmet (build 1.8.0_111-b14)

I would really like to get this fixed so i can get back to having access to my system.

Thank you.
