Hi,

My LAB WFA Server was working perfectly fine gathering data from my VC and OCUM server, but now it is failing to collect data from OCUM with an error about not being able to MySQL tempory files see below:

Can't create/write to file '/tmp/#sql_53f2_0.MYI' (Errcode: 30)

Has any one seen this before and know a fix?

Regards

Martin

Is there enough space left in the drive in which you have installed WFA?

Yeah loads of space that was my first thought too, I have also checked security permissions and restarted the server.

Martin,

This is not actually a WFA error, but a mysql error on the OCUM server. Some links to fixing it are given as below. But firstly I would suggest to reboot your OCUM server if possible.

1. http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/cannot-create.html

2. http://thecancerus.com/how-to-fix-mysql-error-error-code-30/

But if rebooting doesn't fix it then these can be tried. There is a problem though. OCUM doesn't expose its mysql access to Users, so you would need a NetApp field support to get it fixed.

warm regards,

Abhishek
