This might be DNS issue that the DataFabric Manager (DFM) host is unable to resolve from the client.
Add the DFM server hostname to the host file of the client and refresh the OnCommand Console.

Did you try it with another browser? .... It seems the issue is with browser. Clear cookies and history close browser and try it again.
Also please post the oncommand version which you are using.
