Query on collecting Onecollect logs
Hello Team, We have started collecting storage logs from Onecollect. We want to collect host logs, I want to know if we can login to vCenter and collect the logs or do I have to login to every ESXi host and collect the logs. Please let me know. Thank you. Regards, Abhishek A Jinde

How to run OneCollect 1.9 on Windows? max_workers must be <=61

Active IQ on-prem Config Advisor and OneCollect 'scheduled jobs'
Having an issue with product, or with understanding functionality. I've setup both AIQ ConfigAdvisor and OneCollect on both Linux and Windows machines. I've scheduled jobs, but they do not run. Jobs only run when I kick them off manually. What am I doing wrong?

OneCollect won't upload
Large opportunity where we were requested to "run a tool" to collect performance data. Customer ran OneCollect but won't upload. Need to speak with someone who supports the tool to get this resolved ASAP. @NithinR I see you've answered OneCollect concerns in the past. Can you provide any help?

Login failed at OneCollect
Hi all, I installed OneCollect 1.9 and tried to run New Data Collection. I had no issue for Validate with Type, Sub Type, Hostname, Username, Password. But when I click [Save or Collect] with NetApp SSO id and password, I got "login failed" error. Please let me know how to resolve it. Thanks, David Chung

One of the customers have the following queries: What happens to onecollect data when uploaded?The data collected includes sensitive data like IPs, names, etc. So they want to ensure that this data is not exposed.Is there any information/documentation that i can share with the customer about the above queries.
