Alta Vault 3.2 - Replication is not running after Reboot.

Hi Chris,

We have rebooted the NetApp Alta Vault virtual appliance 3.2. From the moment it was rebooted it says" Please wait for replication to begin". Now the System uptime is exactly 4 days, 23:17:25 Hrs. But still it showing the same. Can you please suggest us what can be done to resume the replication ?

Hi,

Could you please provide the system logs – goto reports > System Logs Download and capture the latest one for me?

Also can you check the Storage > Cloud Settings page, and in that page select the replication tab to confirm that replication is not paused?

Finally, send me a screenshot of the replication graph (Reports > Replication). Make sure that we can see the time frame of activity for the last week, which you can do by clicking on the ‘1w’ value on the right side.
