Hello,

i'm trying to upgrade bluexp (3.9.23 / 180 => 3.9.25); darksite installation then no internet access

I don't deal with bluexp upgrades, so I don't know the reason for error but as you mentioned you are running it on the dark-site (Without internet access): So I am assuming you have downloaded the offline-binary (which I can see in the error "Cloud-Manager-Connector-offline-v25") ?

When you downloaded the offline-binary, there is a section that says : We have implemented Code Signing for Cloud Connector and Offline Binary. Please follow the below steps on the Virtual Machine.

Have you tried the steps mentioned in the 'Download README.TXT' that says : To verify Connector installer for restricted networks without internet access. Please download the Cloud Manager Certificate file (CloudManager.crt) and Signature file (CloudManager.sig) along with Offline Binary and follow the below steps.

Hi,

i had similar issues. we have BlueXP with darksite edition. instead of upgrading it, it overwrote the existing configuration. it became a new install.

let me know if you mange to crack this.
