Ontap upgrade failed - netapp cluster hosted on GCP

When we try to upgrade netapp cluster hosted on GCP using blue xp - getting below error

Can someone help to resolve this issue.

The above failure message while trying to upgrade the CVO system can be due to limiting the ports on the internal firewall network, since the ports might have been flagged as open network ports.

You can refer to the below documentation and verify if all the required ports and protocols are open, and then try upgrading your CVO system:

this was the issue - resolved by NetApp engineer
correct order is files, dns - we had dns & files that was causing the issue
