Upgrade to Citrix CloudPortal Services Manager v11

Hi,

I'm having issues trying to successfully upgrade my reporting component.

I receive the following error when trying to reach the 'Enter Data Transfer Connection Credentials' section:

'Could not find a part of the path 'C:\ProgramData\Citrix\CloudPoral Services Manager Setup\Backups\Legacy\Reporting\config\config.xml'

From my understanding, the above path gets created once a component has been successfully upgraded. Is this correct?

I could only find a config.xml file within the location 'C:\.....\Data Warehouse\Data Warehouse Service' so I copied it and pasted it into the above location.

In doing this, I could successfully reach the 'Enter Data Transfer Connection Credentials' section to enter in the passwords for the OLM accounts.

However, i'm not sure if it's okay for me to do this as i'm not sure what else should be backed up and whether i'm backing up the correct config.xml file.

I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on how I proceed with this?
