Hello CI team,

This is first time I am attempting AU installation on Windows server, getting this error:

2021-07-23 22:42:21,099 ERROR [main] com.onaro.sanscreen.acquisition.framework.mgmt.FrameworkService (FrameworkService.java:84) - Framework service start error: Failed to sign AU certificate: Sign AU certificate request /rest/v1/au/cert/ failed: UserDetails not authenticated.

com.onaro.sanscreen.acquisition.framework.FrameworkException: Failed to sign AU certificate: Sign AU certificate request /rest/v1/au/cert/ failed: UserDetails not authenticated.

Any help appreciated.

Do you know how much time elapsed between when you obtained a token in the CI WebUI to create an AU, and when you entered it into the AU installer?

I believe that token only has a 60 minute lifespan, so if the time delta exceeded that, the AU might be unable to get its certificate signed because it cannot longer authenticate.
