Not clear, but are you asking - How to monitor the NTP and Cluster sync ? Then, first command is sufficient.

Availability: This command is available to cluster administrators at the advanced privilege level.
cluster-1::*>cluster time-service ntp status show

At very basic level, you can write a windows batch file (to query this command to cluster) and have it scheduled in the task manager, this will allow you to be notified of the working status of the NTP sync.

Following cmd displays the status of the association with the specified external NTP server
cluster-1::*>cluster time-service ntp status show -instance -server ntp1.example.com

https://docs.netapp.com/us-en/ontap-cli-9111/cluster-time-service-ntp-status-show.html#description

Thanks For your Reply, But I Want the Event Name to Configure in the cloud Insights Monitoring Tool

Ok.

I see only two Metrics in the following list, I guess this is not what you intend. This will only warn if either there is no configured or less than the optimum number of NTP servers for redundancy purpose.

https://docs.netapp.com/us-en/cloudinsights/task_system_monitors.html#security-monitors:

Metric Monitors (system defined):
No NTP servers are configured
NTP server count is low

Although, the page suggests you can create monitors to set thresholds that trigger alerts to notify you about issues related to the resources in your network. However, I don't see anything that suggests alerting on 'clockSkewExceedsFaultThreshold' between cluster & NTP Server. I don't know the level of support for this tool, but you can always open a ticket and get a feedback on this query.
