topic cloud manager proxy in Cloud Volumes ONTAP

I am trying to setup cloud manager with a proxy and I can see my proxy allowing the traffic out but I am still gettting and error that cloud manager could not connect to netapp cloud central.

we have set the proxy to allow all outbound traffic but this is still not working.

We have gotten this working now. I believe in the end it was some issue with the proxy and some specific dns issues we were having
