Permission Error OnCommand Cloud Manager

Hi,

Currently deploying OCCM trough the Azure Marketplace. I've enabled a Managed Service Identity and assigned a role trough the Json format to both the "creating account" and to the OCCM machine itself.

During initial deployment, it gives me the error when creating a resourcegroup: An error occurred while checking if the resource group name is already used: You don't have permission to perform this action. For more information please refer to the OnCommand Cloud Manager policies documentation at http://mysupport.netapp.com/cloudontap/support/iampolicies

Could really use some help here as, for as far as I'm aware, done all the steps assigned.

unless you paste diagnostic output it is reasonable to assume you do not have the prerequisites ready.
