Hi.

Partners configured on the NetApp account of a customer can see their systems. But I'm 99% sure it cannot be set across customers.

Both mysupport.netapp.com and ActiveIQ appear to have functionality that would allow an account associated with one company to manage systems for another related company. Can anyone explain how my account can be granted that access because I've been told that a NetApp account can only be associated with one company but also that no individual should have multiple NetApp accounts?
