RAID configuration and setup on AFF C250

Hi All,

I just need some clarification here from any expert here regarding to my NetApp AFF C250 setup.

Below is my queries:

1) If let say i have 8 disk on my current new AFF C250 and we set-up the aggregate when using the system manager, the default RAID that automatically assigned by the NetApp is RAID-DP right? and will be have 2 parity disk and 6 disk for data. Is it correct?

2) Is it the ADP feature is available if I configure the RAID-DP type in the AFF C250?

For some specifics on your AFF C250 storage system, please check the NetApp Hardware Universe section for your platform and ONTAP version and review the "ADP Root Partition Configuration" for your specific drive models.
