Cifs share permissions unavailable

After upgrading to Release 9.3P6 we are experiencing that we are unavailable to see Share permissions from Computer management console.

It gives an error message stating : The requested security information is either unavailable or cant be displayed.

I do see an error event 10028 : dcom was unable to communicate...

But the odd thing is Shares made before upgrade shows the Share permissions.

The share permission is everyone/full control , and i have full access to the share, its only failing in computer management console.

Anyone else seen this ?

I should add it seems to only appear when the shares are med using windows api.

When i create the share with netapp cli, the share permissions display fine .
