topic convert think provisioned CIFS volume to thick in General Discussion

I have a 1.3TB thin provisioned CIFS volume with 340GB free. I want to convert it to thick provsioned and have enough space on the aggr. I'm running 8.3.2. Is it as easy as unchecking 'Thin Provision' in the Edit vol option? Should I expect any downtime or performance degredation?

Yes it's that easy, and no issues.

Hence the name "flexvol" 😉
