Graphs not displayed in Grafana

Hi all,

There is one graph that is displayed in Graphite but not in Grafana.
The utilization rate (%) is used as the value of the graph of Grafana,

but the maximum value and the average value are values exceeding 100%.

Therefore, it is considered to be a value, not a usage rate.

In Graphite or Grafana, what settings can I change to use utilization for the graph?
