&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;He needs to register a new account with the company email address. Or request a change of company&amp;amp;email if he has an existing NetApp account.&amp;nbsp; upon doing either of them, he will be asked to provide a serial number of one of the NetApp products at this company (if using ONTAP use the command "node show -fields serialnumber").&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi friends,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;we have a new colleague, he has a NetApp mySupport account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But how do I manage it, that he can also see/manage our companys systems?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Search all through the support site, but did not find where to do this....can anybody pls. give me a hint?&lt;/P&gt;
