Can't able to download the ONTAP simulator

Should i register the product inorder to download the ONTAP simulator?
I can't find the download link of it in the below links.

Hello,

Both link provided are accessible. Can you share the error message you getting when trying to access the page.

It should load and towards the bottom you will need to check the Accept the terms in able for the "Continue" button to light up so you can proceed to the download page.

This link https://mysupport.netapp.com/site/tools/tool-eula/simulate-ontap , is redirecting me to https://mysupport.netapp.com/site/tools and there is 0 tools available.

In this link http://mysupport.netapp.com/NOW/cgi-bin/simulator , there is no content in the page and getting a pop-up saying "This page is not available on the new site yet. You can use the feature on this page and then return to the new site to see all navigation options."

There is no tools visible for me. I think there is problem with my access permission. Should i register the netapp product to get those permissions?
