Exchange Backups using TDP for exchange

Hi Team, Need your help in understanding below error we encounter when trying to backup exchange on NetApp.

Error 10/10/2018 4:00:46 PM Navssprv 3221491730 Data ONTAP VSS hardware provider failed in LocateLuns method.
SnapDrive failed to map the target lun(s).
Please check SnapDrive event logs.

As highlighted I think this has something to do with the license, But not sure how the snapshot creation is completing succsefull if the problem is with the license?

Do FlexClone & SnapDrive have 2 different licenses? Please advise.

Yes FlexClone is a seperate license that is installed on the Ontap cluster.
