    <description>&lt;P&gt;NetApp did an investigation. It was a backup problem ontthe NetApp SAAS service.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The message:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Job didn’t run because of fault in the background machine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After some change on the backend, restoring Exchange data went fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We are testing the Netapp SaaS Backup option for O365 and created some test backups? Now we are resorting mail, but it stuck on 0%. I suspect we missing some permissions? But after reading the documentation I cannot find anything regarding this?&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; I attached a screenshot&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; Trying to restore a OneDrive or Sharepoint restore without any problems.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hope someone could help me with this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
