      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is upgrade advisor still available in myautosupport ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In 2 customers autosupport, the "upgrade advisor" option is greyed and not available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can I do if I need an upgrade plan from 7-mode to 7-mode ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Upgrade Advisor is available in My AutoSupport.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Search by a Serial # / Hostname / System Id.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Once you are in the system dashboard, click the Upgrade Advisor link in left hand navigation tab.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sudip&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
