    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Thanks Antonio!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;I see from 13th of April, it has started to post logs.The Autosupport Status will change to “Receiving” only after the Weekly log is generated and this will happen on Sunday.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;You may also generate manual Weekly Log for the Autosupport Status to get changed to ‘Receiving’ with the following command:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;options&amp;nbsp; autosupport.doit&amp;nbsp; WEEKLY_LOG&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Regards&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Aman&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>configuring netapp autosupport</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear,&amp;nbsp;I have a problem in the configuration of AutoSupport on system Fas2520 single controller 8.2.3 7-mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;autosupport.support.transport http&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We test the send mail and&amp;nbsp;I go back a email from asupprod@netapp.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But when i go on my support\my product i see the status of autoSupport is offline .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How to resolve this ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Antonio&lt;/P&gt;</description>
