Noteto deprecated in future versions

Hello team,

We are running Ontap 9.1, and seeing that noteto autosupport parameter is deprecated at this moment and in future versions it would be removed so would like to know why and what is the feature intended to replaced it.

Hello,

The noteto functionality is being moved to the command 'event notification' set. Below are some links to the 9.1 documentation where it explains the changes to -noteto.
