    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have reviewed our "Standard Terms and Conditions", at &lt;A href="https://www.netapp.com/us/how-to-buy/stc.aspx" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.netapp.com/us/how-to-buy/stc.aspx&lt;/A&gt; and the most relevant would be in the general terms, which for the regions I reviewed all state risk and title passes to customer on delivery. Also remembering, Support agreements are sold with a specific end date, not a duration.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Does the support contract officially begin when the product is delivered?  Or, does SUPPORT officially begin once the system is deployed?  How and where can I find this information?</description>
