&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you've done everything right, so it may be due to product registration data not being totally the same. Best option is to submit a ticket via&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://mysupport.netapp.com/eservice/assistant" target="_blank"&gt;https://mysupport.netapp.com/eservice/assistant&lt;/A&gt; as the best way to check is to provide details of systems you can see and systems you can't, along with your serial numbers etc, which isn't recommended on this public site.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Active IQ Solidfire not showing up on website</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have Active IQ running on my m-node and I ran the tail command so I know it is working but when I go to find it in the Active IQ list it does not show up.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Do I need to re-register the cluster?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
