..... SSO works for netapp support site and Active IQ , etc -- !!! - it just does not work when entering " username / password " manually for 2 netapp desktop apps --

Update - " Active IQ Config Advisor " has the same issue. -- does not work when entering " username / password " manually

I suggest you use the built-in Support/Feedback feature in the tool to create a ticket with your issue.

I just wanted to say THANKS to all involved ... In the end our internal
security team / firewall team locked down our PROXY servers and Active IQ
oneCollect was getting a denial and was not allowed OUT of our site.
