    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My costumer did headswap and Unified Manager collecting the health state successfully but failed to collect the operation state.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have tried to upgrade for 9.7 (from 9.5) but both version have the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I assume that I can remove the cluster add added it again but I dont want to loss the history data.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I also tried this KB with no success&lt;/P&gt;
