    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have a clustered system, both nodes should be accessible even if one of them is in fail-over mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have CIFS enabled, just go to \\&amp;lt;nodename&amp;gt;\etc$\log\autosupport and there you will find ASUP messages. The naming of the files is in YYYYMMDDHHSS format.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please advise how can I get the content of the /etc/log/autosupport as the node is in fail-over mode and I cannot directly via telnet?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to analyze the content of that folder to figure out why it failed-over; is there any other possibility to get it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks a lot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
